According to a story in the Waterloo Courier and one in the Mason City Globe Gazette a lawsuit has been filed by a Wisconsin couple following a pileup on Interstate 35 on January 25, 2010. A look at the photographs sort of say it all and begs the question the jury will certainly be asking – What were any of you doing driving during that storm?

We have forgotten the basic SOCIAL CONTRACT of rights and responsibilities that binds us together as a society. Society expects citizens to follow laws it has instated in order to protect individuals and institutions. Without these laws there would be chaos -- the strong would simply take anything they wanted and the rest would have no recourse. In return the social contract guarantees that if people follow these rules or responsibilities they will be guaranteed basic rights - life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Knowing what to do and how to get things done is usually very important. Naturally, it really is also very important to know the way in which to get it done. But that is not enough by itself; it does not conclude there. Knowing just what exactly NOT to do and what mistakes to avoid is also important. The simplest way to achieve that is to discover what mistakes others have made when seeking lawsuit loans and settlement loans so you can steer clear of making those same mistakes.
