When are U-Turns Not a Good Idea

Mahaska County, Iowa - Two cars collided when the lead car attempted a u-turn on 220TH ST 1/2 MILE WEST OF MERINO AVE on March 22, 2010 at around 3:15 P.M. It's difficult to know who would be at fault without knowing more about speeds, distances between the two cars, distractions, weather conditions and the levelness of the terrain. The lead car driver died.
