The body of a Cedar Rapids teen was found in Cedar Lake on Tuesday, July 1st, about 21 hours after he was swept into a storm drain.  Logan Blake, 17, was playing Frisbee with his friends on Monday evening when a rush of water pushed him into a storm sewer.  His friend, David Bliss, attempted to save him and himself was swept over a mile downstream.  A third teen, Jacob Spurrell, ran for help.  Rescue workers were dispatched, and Logan’s body was found in three feet of water about 75 yards from shore.
