Osceola County Highway 60 On-Ramp Rollover

The driver, __ year old Chris Kadlec from McGrath, Minnesota is reported to have unintentionally taken the on-ramp resulting in his 1997 Chevy Venture losing control and rolling. There were several people in the car who were either hurt or killed. They included Nicholas Carlson, age 29; Mark Brune, age 54; Donald Nelson age 23 and Chay Brune age 24. Nick Carlson was killed. The injured were taken to the Osceola Community Hospital; Chris Kadlec was charged for failure to maintain control and not wearing a safety belt. Accident happened at 8:30 pm on September 9, 2012 just off the northbound US Highway 60 on-ramp from 2nd Avenue.

Nicholas Carlson 29, from Sturgeon Lake, Minnesota was pronounced dead at the accident.  Chris Kadlec and 54-year-old Mark Brune of Hinckley were stabilized and treated at the Osceola Community Hospital and then were transferred via life flight onto Sioux Falls.
