Next this man from Britt collided with a semi truck on U.S. Highway 18 west of Garner at 5:58 a.m.. In this accident the trailer being pulled by the semi came free striking the car Barry Priebe was driving and it killed him. I’ve written previously about trailers coming loose and striking oncoming drivers. It’s sort of a menace when you think about it.
