ISU Student Killed in December 14 Hit-and-Run

A police officer found a woman in the street near the Iowa State campus this morning, December 14, 2015, around 7:00 a.m.  The officer performed CPR until medical treatment arrived at the scene and transported the woman to the hospital where she later died.  Her injuries indicate she was struck by a vehicle in the road.  The woman's name has not yet been released, but she was a student at ISU. The accident occurred at the corner of Lincoln Way and Ash Avenue.  No witnesses have yet been identified.
