

Is this 2010's first death by motorcycle?
Gravity, Iowa - A 70-year-old man, Larry Turpen from Clarinda is reported to have lost control of his motorcycle causing his bike to leave the hard surface at 202nd Street and Hillcrest Avenue near Gravity. He died in the ensuing collision. He was driving a 2008 Harley Davidson Motorcycle. He was not wearing a helmet although there is no indication whether a helmet would have saved his life.
