Iowa Car Accidents Involving Out-of-State Drivers/Passengers

Robert Davis of Hopkins, Missouri and David Martin of Yukon, Oklahoma were involved in a collision on I-29 in Iowa. According to the article Martin was cited for failing to yield from a stop sign. If true, that would mean he’s the at-fault driver and Davis from Missouri is in the compensatory position. There are some pretty good accident photographs that should be preserved for the anticipated litigation.
