On February 25th 2009 Trey Henry was heading West bound on Highway 18 when he hit a patch of ice which caused him to go through the median and into the east bound lane. Both the driver Trey and the passenger Kassie were ejected, Trey Henry perished while Kassie Austin was taken to Mercy hospital to treat her injuries. Neither passenger was wearing their seatbelt.

On February 25th 2009 Trey Henry was heading West bound on Highway 18 when he hit a patch of ice which caused him to go through the median and into the east bound lane.
