In today's blog we cover a rollover accident on I-35 in Minnesota involving an 18-year-old from Iowa, Jenna Albert as a passenger in a car being driven by another teen, Alexander Joy. They both are reported to have suffered serious injuries and are hospitalized. This is an example of how serious a winter rollover accident can get.

I-35 Rollover Accidents Can Seriously Injure the Passengers

Posted on Jan 25, 2011

Whenever you're driving you are subject to the rules-of-the-road and the laws of gravity. Each go hand in hand. After a single vehicle accident where the car or SUV does a roll over, the driver's actions or inactions is scrutinized by authorities as well as attorneys for the passengers. The analysis focuses on the driver's fault having to do with speed, lookout and driving with due care. The Iowa folks involved in these accidents described in the news items below will be smart to preserve evidence by taking photographs of the scene and the vehicle after the collision/accident. I give that legal advice, because, to evaluate the sequence of events leading up their being hospitalized will require careful study of the physical evidence. Now there are those that complain about Iowa and Minnesota personal injury lawyers; well folks, we are what we are and we do what we do because after a roll over car accident there are medical bills to pay and wages being lost; there is rehab and physical therapy and when there's a brain injury or traumatic brain injury someone some place needs our skill set.

In this instance an 18-year-old, Alexander Joy was driving north on I-35, with passengers in the SUV when it lost control. Jenna Albert, his passenger was in critical condition. Young folks being where they are in life don't carry a lot of insurance and those doctors just don't seem to want to do the work for free. So be it as it may they will need a personal injury lawyer. If you need help with your insurance claim or an explanation of how this system works give (by an Iowa personal injury lawyer), give me a call. 515-222-1110 or write sdlombardi@aol.com.
