The estate of Engenio Cruz, 48-years old was working on his car when struck by a man the police allege was drunk. According to the new article the man, Richard Halterman was charged with drunk driving and vehicular homicide. To read more follow this link. Mr. Cruz apparently was working on his car on the side of the road.
