Des Moines PD Tries Russian Style Gestapo Police State: In another sign we are like a police state and closer to being the old Soviet Union officers in Des Moines are setting up fine and arrest stopping points where they have no reason to suspect any criminal activity, (probably cause) instead just want to stop every car and check the drivers, the cars and "Your papers please!".
