Dallas County Bicyclist Dies from Crash in Adel, Iowa

Dallas County officials responded to a bicycle-car crash west of Adel at the Raccoon River Valley Trail where it intersects with K Avenue. The bicyclist, 55-year-old Kim Lou Clayton of West Des Moines, Iowa was pronounced dead at the scene. From the new report they have the cyclist heading west and running into the passenger side of an SUV. Investigators are said to have said Clayton ran a stop sign.
