Construction News: Falling beam can kill you.

In this construction site accident a heavy metal beam being scrapped from a building swings free striking the worker during the dismantling process. The 65 year-old worker, Jerald W. Lennon is killed. No specific investigation is reported. The local sheriff’s department performed the limited investigation. The construction site is located in Texas where the homeland security department is constructing the border fence.
