A bus accident recently settled for $1.5 million for the wrongful death of a 21-year-old man. The bus crossed the center line striking Michael Dahlquist head-on and killing him. The bus driver crossed the center line to avoid striking the rear of the car in front of the bus. The bus owner was a County in the state of Washington. The owner of the bus and apparently the employer of the bus driver was officially King County Metro. Here is an example of the wrecked cars and what a head on crash can do.
