NARRATIVE


VEH #1 WAS WESTBOUND ON I-80 ENTERING INTO THE CURVE AT THE 100 MILE MARKER INTERCHANGE WHEN IT'S DRIVER LOST CONTROL IN THE RAIN. THE DRIVER OF VEH #1 USED COUNTER-STEERING AND BRAKING MANEUVERS BUT WAS UNABLE TO REGAIN CONTROL OF VEH #1. VEH #1 THEN LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT, ENTERING INTO THE MEDIAN WHERE IT STRUCK A CONCRETE DRAINING CULVERT BEFORE COMING TO REST FACING EAST.
