30 minute chase ends with crash

A police chase near Iowa Falls ended badly for the deputy chasing a car allegedly being driven by one Leonardo Garduno. A guy driving a pickup truck, Gary Rolph, minding his own business got involved when the deputies car hit his. Randall Cowles was taken to Ellsworth Hospital for treatment. This officer would have some sort of a claim against the arrestee.
