2010 CRIMINAL FEE SCHEDULE
CLASS OF CRIME FEES
OWI 1st Offense $2,500.00
OWI 2nd Offense $3,500.00
OWI 3rd Offense $4,500.00
Simple Misdemeanor $1,000.00
Serious Misdemeanor $2,500.00
Aggravated Misdemeanor $3,500.00
Class D felony $4,500.00
Class C felony $7,500.00
Class B felony $8,500.00 and up
Class A felony $25,000.00 and up
Prices do not include trials. Trials will be billed at $2,500 per day.
- Client responsible for all expenses.
- Payment of costs and trials shall be made ten (10) days in advance.
