A boat capsized in rough water on the Mississippi River on Saturday, June 14th, killing at least one passenger. Charles Selser, 60, of Clinton, Iowa, was driving the boat when the accident occurred, which killed 85-year-old Nancy Selser, also of Clinton. Edwin Selser, 30, of Davenport, survived, along with his two kids, 5 and 7. Charles Selser, the only occupant of the boat who wasn’t wearing a life jacket, is now missing.
