What can we do if our insurance has still not covered fire damages to our home? The fire was on 11/29/11 and as of the 1st of the year we still have nothing from insurance all they tell us is it's under investigation. We were not at home at the time of the fire and have done everything the insurance has asked us to do. But we seem to get no answers.
