I am an Iowan. My daughter's car was hit by an uninsuredstudent who is in the United States as a foreign exchange student and who is refusing to pay damages for our car. If I take him to small claims court, he'll ignore the ruling. Do I have any recourse?

A: You don't know he will ignore a judgment since immigration laws usually require immigrants to be law abiding citizens.
