I let a friend take over payments on a pick-up i had we kept everything on my name. Now I can't find him and he is not making payments. What is my legal stand on this matter; please guide me the right way. I found out I can't report it stolen, and I don't know where he is to serve him with court papers.

How can a truck that isn't the users and who refuses to return it to the owner "lost". It certainly seems stolen to me. Go the County Attorney with a written explanation.
