I fell on ice and snow in my driveway and broke my arm, i live in a townhome that i rent, where i pay a association fee every month and it is the association duty to clean the driveway and streets when it is snow and ice covered should i sue them?

A: My opinion is "no joy" meaning this would be a tough case to win. What do the association rules state about driveway clearing of snow and ice? It's Iowa and everyone expects snow and ice. You need more than it was icy. You almost need a man-made condition to win.
