Proposed flat fee schedule, based upon most serious charge. Client would pay for extra costs, such as deposition transcripts, medical records, experts, video copies, etc. All quoted fees are typical cases, which can be modified based upon the particular facts and circumstances of the case (if it is truly an exceptional case) to be determined after consultation between attorney and client. Obviously we will modify the list as we go along. The fee does not include an appeal.
