How long does an attorney have to respond? I received a cease and desist letter in which we responded with documented facts and 4 weeks later we have no response. Is that normal?

A: What was it they want you to cease and desist from? While I would not suggest you answer that question on this public forum I would suggest you see an attorney to have a private and confidential discussion. I agree with Tom and Bob, but would add the above.
