How do I start the process to sue huge company? Want to sue a huge company for negligence but have no idea how to start the ball rolling.

A:

You start that process by hiring a lawyer not by going on the Internet and asking where do I start. Suing a large corporation with a legal department isn't like driving a car to the convenience store. It's much more complicated than you think and no matter how mad you about what you think they have done anger alone won't teach you what years of practicing law does. So go hire a lawyer.
