There are a limited number of things you and your attorney can do to make your case get finished up. The most important is in the doctor's hands. If you're had surgery then it's a matter of rehabilitation getting over with and the doctor expressing an opinion about permanent impairment and work restrictions. That opinion will make or break your case and asking the doctor what you the patient can do to get your care to that point would help. Second, you can keep good records of when, where and what jobs you've applied for is also helpful. The last bit of advice I can give you is to be patient. Getting mad at the lawyer or the doctor isn't helpful.

After a worker is injured is when they need the support of their employer the most. But injured workers aren't given a level playing field. The company doctor often times is not helping them and the case manager isn't either.
