You probably can. Where you collect it from is up for debate or maybe not debate, but it may not be a simple answer. There are at least two possible sources. 1. The bar (dram shop) and/or 2. Your own auto insurance policy under the uninsured motorist coverage is a possible secondary source of compensation.

If you or an interested person are in a collision and you would like the crash analyzed you'll need to contact Attorney Lombardi. This may or may not result in an attorney-client relationship and simply asking for a review does not in and of itself create such a relationship.
