First get proper medical help. If it's going to lay you up then have someone assist you with preserving evidence. Save your helmet if you wear one. Take photographs of the motorcycle, the other vehicles involved, the accident scene, skid marks and any object that was struck. Measure the skid marks with a witness. Obtain the names and contact information of all witnesses. And then see a lawyer.
