

This wrong-way occurred on I-95 near exit 93 in North Stonington, Massachusetts. The driver's age was 21; she was from Exeter, Rhode Island. I'm not sure without more information that anyone can conclude this was a signage issue. There likely causes are listed below and the evidence needs to be further evaluated.
