The Lombardi Law FirmThat’s the question they will be asking for a long-long time. The pickup truck is an F-250, just like the one I drive. It was being driven by a 19-year-old man from Knoxville. The dat is September 29, 2012 and the time 2106 or 9:06 pm. It’s on Highway 34 west of Chariton in Lucas County. Three people died, can’t tell which car they were in other than the driver in the second car, a 2000 Plymouth Neon was one of them. He died, he was 56. The other two were from Ottumwa and were 66 and 44. The Iowa State Patrol’s description follows. The Quad City Times reported on the accident, the link is below. They have three woman dying in the second car. There is no speculation or news of the possible causes.

“Authorities say 56-year-old Olga Palencia, 66-year-old Dolores Rodas and 44-year-old Julieta Mendez all died at the scene of the crash. The truck's driver, 19-year-old Garrett Hollinrake, of Knoxville, was injured and taken to Lucas County Health Center. Hospital officials said no one could provide an update on Hollinrake's condition Sunday.”

See the Quad City Times. KTTC had a story but it referenced the Des Moines Register.

Marcos: Let me ask you a few questions. What do you mean "not on his 5"? What's a "5"? Whose truck was it? What drug and alcohol related problems? Who have you spoken to and what did they say? Thanks. Steve
