The next fatal crash is one on May 5, 2012 out of Washington County and this one involved quite a few people.

  • Randall Graber, driver of GMC
  • Unidentified driver of the motorcycle, he’s from Illinois. 57 years old.
  • Female passenger of the motorcycle was also from Illinois, 55 years old and she too died.
  • Jerry Graber, 52, injured, must have been a passenger in the GMC.

The litigated question will be why did the pickup truck cross the centerline? That will be the factual dispute in this case and beyond that there isn’t much to discuss. We have a motorcycle case in the office presently and it’s a dog fight to say the least. And unfortunately there was a death.

Sorry to hear about your loss Tim. Did the investigation by law enforcement show any reason? Have you obtained a copy of the investigation reports? That might be a place to start. Steve Lombardi
