Three Vehicle Collision near Cherokee, Iowa

What happened in this accident may never be known. It's an interesting situation with one car crossing the centerline, another being hit from behind and turning into a business on Highway 59. It's a tough situation because so many people died and several were from Winnipeg Manitoba. Being from another country and not being familiar with the laws of compensation can make for a very difficult time knowing what the insurance companies might owe.
