This sounds like a wrong-way collision on a divided highway, US Highway 218 and results in a fatality. The driver was an elderly woman, 83 years-old. Even the elderly have a duty to obey the rules of the road. Age is not an excuse. At some point you just have to stop driving. [Tyler Schulte]
