The public is schizophrenic over how to deal with lawsuits. Or maybe the public is manic depressive, you know bi-polar. Everyone is so fond of saying there are too many lawsuits right up until it's them that get taken advantage of and then there aren't enough good trial lawyers. And what then does the injured or wronged say? Where is my ambulance chaser!

There are too many lawsuits, but where do I find an "ambulance chaser"?

I hear it all the time, criticism by useless name calling of lawyers as ambulance chasers. "Oh yeah, you're just another ambulance chaser." You just read the chorus so get ready to sing along.

There are too many lawsuits, but where do I find an "ambulance chaser"?

Do you have Chinese-drywall in your home? Did you know the average cost to remove and replace it is $86.00 per square foot? I'm sure if you are one of the people who just bought a brand new home you don't have an extra $300,000 it would cost for a 3,500 square foot home. What's involved with rehabbing a home built with defective drywall?

Damages were based on the following:

*  Removal and replacement of all drywall in the home;
*  Removal and replacement of all electrical wiring;
*  Removal and replacement of all copper pipes in the home;
*  Removal and replacement of the entire HVAC system;
*  Removal and replacement of all insulation in the home;
*  Replacement of most appliances (particularly refrigerators);
*  Replacement of electronics, such as TVs and computers;
*  Removal and replacement of carpeting;
*  Replacement of hardwood and vinyl flooring;
*  Replacement of tile floor unless it can be properly protected
during remediation;
*  Removal and replacement of cabinets, countertops, trim,
crown molding and baseboards;
*  Removal and replacement of all bathroom fixtures;
*  After removal of all drywall, properties must be clean with
HEPA vacuum, wet-wiped or power-washed, and allowed to air
out for 15-30 days;
*  Property must be certified by an independent engineering
company to certify that the remediated home is safe;  and
* Temporary housing will be necessary for 4-6 months.
Judge Fallon denied damages for diminished value as it is too
speculative at this time.

Are you one of the people preaching there are too many lawsuits? Then sing the chorus.

There are too many lawsuits, but where do I find an "ambulance chaser"?

And then there is the story about a man who was sent to prison for 8 years because his car suddenly accelerated and killed three people. He was driving a Toyota.

RETIREMENT

Have you save enough money for retirement? Will you live out your remaining years in peace and quiet or destitute and struggling financially?  The thugs on Wall Street stroll along the halls of every office building scheming about how to rob your funds.  Remember Madoff, Enron, CITI Group, sub-prime mortgages, liar's loans, Wall Street's faulty accounting, multi-million dollar bonuses while your stock price tanked, phen-fen pills that caused heart valve problems and the billions of dollars in government procurement fraud? Or have you forgotten already?

There are too many lawsuits, but where do I find an "ambulance chaser"?

Oh and let's not forget all the goodies coming in from China. We can't forget those lest we forget who is going to own our country soon. When I think of Chinese products I think of the Olympics and how the Chinese government fearful bad news would hurt their image hid evidence of melamine contaminate infant milk formula. And what about those 300,000 babies developing kidney failure and kidney disease from eating this poison; are they unimportant to your grandchildren? There weren't too many law suits in China.  In fact they just said no and paid them a few thousand dollars in damages.

There are too many lawsuits, but where do I find an "ambulance chaser"?

You can say this; you can sing the chorus; but will you when it's your ticket that gets pulled?
