Slow down while trying to pass another car on I-80 with ice covered bridge.

This is a bridge surface case; it’s about the driver anticipating the bridge surface will freeze over long before the other road surfaces do. Either you know that or you don’t and if you don’t you must either must have had your license for one week or else you’ve been living in Florida. Either way you’re negligent.

VEHICLE #1 WAS GOING WEST ON INTERSTATE 80 WHEN IT LOST CONTROL ON ICE COVERED ROAD WHILE ATTEMPTING TO OVERTAKE VEHICLE #2. VEHICLE #1 STRUCK THE CONCRETE BARRIER, CROSSED THE LANES OF TRAFFIC AND THEN STRUCK THE GUARD RAIL ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE ROAD, AND THEN WAS STRUCK BY VEHICLE #2.
