Roll-Over Accidents May Allow a Passenger Claim for Personal Injury

I see many reports about roll-over accidents in Iowa; perhaps it has to do with driving SUV's with a high center of gravity, flat roads allowing faster speeds and the allusion of being in control along with driving too fast from being in too much of a hurry. I don't know but what I do know is that passengers have a claim against the driver for not driving with due care, failing to maintain a proper lookout and for failing to drive with due care.
