Newton Iowa crash caused by failure to stop and yield

The way this crash report is written the cause of the collision on August 10, 2011 at the intersection of Highway 330 and Highway 117 in Jasper County was the westbound car not stopping before crossing Highway 330. This according to the Newton Daily News. Involved in the accident are Nee Reh, Oo Reh, Salai Si Uk Thang Aw (killed), Mar Reh and Vernon G. Bucklin of Aplington, Iowa.

"Saturday's crash marks the 11th fatal motor vehicle accident in Jasper County this year and the second at this particular intersection, where through traffic on Highway 330 does not have a traffic control sign.
