News: Iowa State Patrol Fatality Reports for Saturday, October 30, 2010.

The fatal accident crash reports posted today by the Iowa State Patrol are minimal numbering only three. In fact the first two I've already blogged about: the first is the garbage truck backing case out of Mitchell County (10/19/2010) and the second is the Davis County (10/16/2010) double motorcycle rear end collision case with both drivers being ejected. Those are still both minimal reports.

The third from Winneshiek County is the only full report and it to has already been discussed. It is also a motorcycle accident case where the police report pursing the driver and he died while rounding a corner in Highway 52. (10/16/2010)

I have to wonder how the technical investigation accident officer can do this year in and year out. They must get tired of seeing death and destruction. What mind set must one have to put themselves to handle this as a job?

Here are the crash reports.

If you or an interested person are in a collision and you would like the crash analyzed you'll need to contact Attorney Lombardi. This may or may not result in an attorney-client relationship and simply asking for a review does not in and of itself create such a relationship. If you ask and Mr. Lombardi thinks you have a case he will say so and provide an agreement for representation that then creates an attorney-client relationship. The bottom line is that Mr. Lombardi has to agree to take you on as a client; the first step of course is asking him. You've got two ways: telephone 515-222-1110 or email sent to sdlombardi@aol.com.
