Losing control and crossing the center line of a highway can be a reason why passengers collect from at-fault drivers in Iowa. In this Wisconsin case the passenger was killed during a collision between a car and a semi-truck. These were college students from that state. This accident can serve as a reminder to Iowa's college students to drive extra careful and to not drive when weather conditions are so dangerous that a loss of control is probable.
