Lawn care Worker Overturns Mower into Pond

A 76-year-old worker driving a lawn tractor was drowned after the lawn mower he was driving overturned in a pond, pinning him under water. This is one of those instances where wearing a seat belt may not have helped.

Mower Accident Kills Man

June 24, STANSBURY PARK, UT - 76 year old G. Neil Magann died when the lawn mower he was driving overturned into a pond. Tooele County Sheriff Chief Deputy Duke North says Magann was operating the lawn mower and apparently drove too close to the edge of the pond. The lawn mower flipped over, pinning him in the water.
