Is this a property liability case?

Even renters should have property liability insurance. In this case the unexpected was reasonably foreseeable and therefore within the scope of liability. A West Burlington man who was helping a neighbor move shot himself in the leg while moving a .45 caliber rifle. The moving guy is Jim Brauers, 27. He's may have a claim against the guns owner for not unloading it or at least warning him about it being loaded.
