A crash occurred in Union County on May 4, 2011 - Is this a distracted driver case? Is it a cell phone, texting or some other electronic distraction causing the driver to just not see the car in front? VEHICLE #2 WAS WESTBOUND ON HWY 34 SLOWING FOR TRAFFIC AHEAD. VEHICLE #1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HWY 34 COMING UP BEHIND VEHICLE #2. FOR UNKNOWN REASONS VEHICLE #1 FAILED TO STOP IN ASSURED CLEAR DISTANCE AND COLLIDED INTO THE REAR OF VEHICLE #2. AFTER BEING STRUCK BY VEHICLE #1, VEHICLE #2 SPUN AROUND IN A COUNTER CLOCKWISE MOTION AND CAME TO FINAL REST FACING EAST ON SHOULDER. VEHICLE #1 THEN CAME TO REST FACING SOUTHEAST ON HWY 34...
