VEH 2 WAS SLOWING DOWN TO COME INTO FLORIS, VEH 1 STRUCK THE BACK OF VEH 2, BOTH VEHICLES WENT DOWN, BOTH DRIVERS WERE EJECTED FROM THE MOTORCYCLES, CHA ...

In this Davis County fatal accident you have 25 and a 20 year-old motorcycle drivers heading into Floris. Vehicle number 2 being driven by Dustin Michael Foley, 20, begins to slow for the intersection with Walnut Street and Floris Road. As he slows Tim Gott appears from the report to run into the rear of Foley causing a crash. Gott died and Foley was injured, later taken to Davis County Hospital. Gott was driving a 2008 Kawasaki and Foley a 2007 Yamaha. Drawing conclusions from this report is difficult as best; it's best to wait for the full report that will be posted at a later time.
