In this collision we have four vehicles involved. There is congestion, probably construction, so traffic slows. Three vehicles, 1, 2 and 3 slow and stop. The fourth vehicle a large and heavy semi truck comes along doesn't stop and rear ends vehicle three which in turn get's pushed into the other two.

So let's see what kind of widespread mess is caused by an accident like this one that takes place on I-80 in Iowa. We have Ida Azulay, 27 from Americus Georgia, and Ryan Harrison, 50 from Berkeley, California and Teresa Fenton, 44 from Truro, Iowa all involved in the crash. Teresa Fenton is shown as a fatality in this one. She was driving the first vehicle, vehicle 3, which was rear ended by the semi truck.  The accident occurred at mile marketer 159 in the right lane. The report shows vehicle one being a semi, but it isn't clear if there are three and not four vehicles involved. The full report will provide a better description and be more credible to rely on. Mile Marker 159 is in Jasper County on the western half and is close to Colfax, Iowa. I'm beginning to wonder if the image of the race track doesn't get testosterone pumping and pedal goes to the metal.
