So we do have the full report today by Trooper Starrett from the Iowa state Patrol. The at-fault driver appears to be the Ailes semi truck out of Texas. The person that died, the fatality, is a 44-year-old woman from Truro, Iowa - Teresa Fenton. I wonder if she's related to Judge Fenton? The report doesn't show charges but failing to have his vehicle under control would not surprise me. One has to wonder about distractions in the cab of that offending semi truck.
