In this collision we have a 60 year old driver on a 1999 Honda GL1500 CT motorcycle. See the narrative below and ask yourself where was the gravel that he first hit and how important would it be to have photographs to show the maintenance condition of that roadway?

Driver One: James Penick, Osceola, Iowa.

Driver Two:

If you or an interested person are in a collision and you would like the crash analyzed you'll need to contact Attorney Lombardi. This may or may not result in an attorney-client relationship and simply asking for a review does not in and of itself create such a relationship. If you ask and Mr. Lombardi thinks you have a case he will say so and provide an agreement for representation that then creates an attorney-client relationship. The bottom line is that Mr. Lombardi has to agree to take you on as a client; the first step of course is asking him. Driving a motorcycle is always risky and dangerous and accidents can happen. Some motorists dont always take note of the motorcycles that share the roads with them thats why as motorcyclists we have to be extra carefull and watch out for such motorists.

FAQs

ATV, Bike & Motorcycle Accidents

Is there anything I can do to settle my health problems after an accident? Hit by car on bike, no treatment, and no police. Now shoulder hurts any recourse? This is not a hit and run, he paid for the damage to my bike, and I agreed he could do it out of pocket because it was less than his deductible and I thought I was fine. That night he gave me a ride home and did admit he did not look my way. He also loaned me a wheel for my bike which I did not use. He paid me with a check for the damage. I have pictures of my bike and his truck (license plate yes but a bit fuzzy) from the night. I have his name, address, phone number, and place of employment, and receipts from my bike repair. I will feel bad about renegotiating our agreement but my health is at stake. Is there anything I can do?

How do I file a claim after being in an accident? My husband was a cyclist and was hit by a car. How do I start a claim against the person who hit him?
