GL1500 CT motorcycle. See the narrative below and ask yourself where was the
gravel that he first hit and how important would it be to have photographs to show
the maintenance condition of that roadway?

Narrative: VEHICLE 1 HIT THE GRAVEL SHOULDER, LOST CONTROL, THEN WENT INTO
THE WEST DITCH AND OVERTURNED. THE DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED TO METHODIST BY
LIFE-FLIGHT WITH INCAPACITATING INJURIES.
