UNIT #2 ROTATED CLOCKWISE AND CAME TO REST ON THE ROADWAY FACING SOUTH. THE DRIVER OF UNIT#1, BLAKE VAN VARK, DIED AS A RESULT OF INJURIES SUSTAINED IN THE ACCIDENT. THE ACCIDENT REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION AND FURTHER CHARGES ARE PENDING AGAINST THE DRIVER OF UNIT #2, KENNETH SWANK.
