Mr. EdMr. EdQuestion Detail: I regularly go to the dog park. Today my dog was attacked by another dog. What are the legal ramifications owed by the aggressor dog's owner as far as vet bills?

Answer: Well, first you're not entitled to a CAT scan because it’s a dog, maybe a PET scan... sorry I was barking up the wrong tree. Wink-wink... Depending on whom the aggressor dog is determined to be, you may be entitled to damages for the Vet bill. Sue in small claim’s court, put everyone on the stand, swear them in, let them tell their story about the dogs and see what the Judge rules. Woof-woof!

What is a positron emission tomography scan? (aka a PET scan)
