We are working on a very similar case at this time. The semi-truck coming from the rear hits cars and trucks that are stopped on I-80. You have to wonder about the distracted driver syndrome we see so often. In this Iowa I-80 truck accident there is little indication from the news report if there was and what was the distraction causing the one driver to not stop. This will require a very thorough investigation and probably a lawsuit. Good luck with your case and if we can assist contact Attorney Lombardi. 515-222-1110 or [email protected].
